We advise and represent our clients in litigation matters. We provide support at the pre-litigation phase, when the case is tried before national courts or arbitral tribunals as well as at the enforcement phase in France or abroad. Depending our clients´ needs, we may as well negotiate a settlement agreement or try a case when necessary.

We have developed a specific expertise in business litigation -shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions disputes, directors' liability, breakdown of negotiation, commercial litigation- as well as in real estate litigation, especially regarding construction projects.
